ASL Volunteer Application (For On- and Off-Campus Positions)

ASL Volunteer Position Application (Campus and Community Outreach)
ASL program and educational outreach positions can be used towards ASL Honors (induction into the National ASLHS upon graduation). Priority is given to students who have demonstrated academic success and dependability in the ASL courses. Positions require minimum hourly commitments for the duration of the semester, and the instructor has the right to remove students from positions for unsatisfactory behavior or commitment.

By completing this form, you acknowledge that you are aware of and agree to these procedures.

How many credit hours will you have completed at the start of the semester applying for? (You may include current credits.)
This is not a commitment. However, certain placements are more conducive to students who wish to commit at least one school year.
