Application for Entry to ASL Courses

Application for Entry Consideration into American Sign Language

ASL courses at FSU are currently reserved for CSD majors. If seats remain on the first day of class, non-CSD majors may be granted admittance on a limited-case basis. At no time are seats guaranteed to be available to non-CSD majors, nor are non-CSD majors guaranteed continuance in the ASL sequence after being accepted into one class. Priority is given to students with the highest academic need.  You must reapply each semester of interest, even if you have previously applied and/or been accepted into another ASL course at FSU. By completing this form, you acknowledge that you are aware of these procedures.

Applications are due the last day of classes of the semester preceding applied entry.  For example:

Friday, April 26, 2019 for Fall 2019
Friday, December 6, 2019 for Spring 2020
